Return Policy

All of our books are new and in good reading condition—guaranteed. If you're not satisfied, simply return the book in its original condition within two weeks of receipt, and we'll credit your account for the full amount of the title. Please note that we do not accept returns on the following: orders for new books in quantities of 10 or more (of the same title), new books containing software, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, or other electronic media that have been opened.

DVDs

Unopened DVDs (still in their plastic wrap) are returnable within two weeks of receipt, in which case we will credit your account for the full amount of the DVD.
