Forward into the Fray

As I passed through the courtyard of the Tosadae Academy, my senses where brought forth by a person, named Merdin I later found out. He had a gentle, but bright green aura that showed he was a healer at heart. I found a kindred soul who believes that giving of yourself for others is noble and caring. As I passed him later on, I found out his eyes were all white, but he could still see. We had some classes together, so we talked of things that made us who we are. For all the pain I cause with my sense of justice and the way I put it forth, I found someone that heals those that fall and feel the self-doubt that plagues them in thier everyday life. As I grew close to him, I did a reading of my cards for him and found a past of loneliness, a present of healing, and a future of sorrow that he heals. He follows his code to heal no matter the cost to himself. I found I had a sense of wanting to protect such a soul. So as I sit with him, I do the one thing that helps me be a friend to him, I give my support and my sense of duty to protect him to Merdin, so he can heal to his heart’s content.
