The Priestess

I’ve been carrying on my life as normal, getting involved in a few new projects, like Nkiru and her friends project on archaic cooking. I’m still getting what I call “psychic whispers” while randomly encountering people. Just hearing faint chunks of thoughts.

I considered going to Masta Poe, and asking her about it, but she seems to keep herself in seclusion until she really feels that she is needed. I must not be a priority, or the Priestess, being an older entity may fly under her psychic radar.

Derf mentioned to me randomly that his friend Kam was trying meditation after he had badly over exerted himself, so he could keep his mind keen as he recovered. I thought I would give it a try, maybe I could gain some control over the priestess.

I locked my room and sat down. I shut my eyes and tried to clear my head. After a few minutes everything outside started to filter out, and the most shocking thing happened. I found myself in the Hall of Shadows. A woman stepped out of the darkness. Very beautiful, very pale, with dark hair and a flowing white dress. There was something very dark and cruel looking about her. She looked directly at me, and was about to speak. I was so scared I opened my eyes and gasped. I was out of the vision, I had ended the meditation.

I sat in my room shivering for the longest time.
