At my last trip to the Archaic Library I realized that the Hall of Shadows is more widespread than I ever could have imagined. People here at Tosadae could be members of the Cult, pulling strings behind the scenes.

There’s no sense in denying that I am somehow connected to all of this, what with the nightmares and the strange attack back at Station City.

Now I’m worried that Teachers, Students, Librarians Coaches could be mixed up in it. I’ve decided to increase my self-defense classes, and resolve to continue my studies into the cult – know your enemy and all that.

In the middle of all this I have to continue researching my Botany book. If I’m going to retain access to the Archaic Library, I have to produce chapters and new research to show the Scholarship commission funding my book.

I confided in Grenci the information I have discovered about the cult. He told me not to worry, that he’d keep an eye out for strange happenings, almost giving me the impression that he might be able to make a difference in this. I don’t see what person as resourceful as Grenci would be able to do about it, though he does have a lot of secret connections. Oh UG, I hope he isn’t involved somehow!

I am absolutely freaking out here.
