Alicia and I went to one of the higher ups at Tosadae, his name was Commander Hague. He assured us that everything was fine in Atlantia, and that the Dome that had been activated over the continent was just a precaution.

“So far, everything is completely uneventful” he said.

“But doesn’t that strike you as odd?” I asked. “First there was the temple attack, then the mines and the Atlantia transport attack and we’re just supposed to assume everything cooled off?”

“I’m not sure what to tell you, miss. But I can let you know if I hear anything.”

“Sure,” I said. “Whatever.”

“He knows something.” I said to Alicia as we left the administration complex. “I don’t know why he would be keeping information from us, but I’m sure he knows something.” “Have…” Alicia started, “How can you be sure everything is going on, if it just seems, normal?”

“I don’t know. Everything just feels so wrong.”

“Well let’s at least check the news reports.” Alicia said, “Maybe they’ll say something. We’ll scour everything since before we left to now. We’ll piece together what’s going on Have, I promise.”

“Thanks Leesh.” I said. I felt a lot better to have a friend like her around.
