Ok, so I was wrong.Posted on April 17, 2008 @ 02:51AM Woah. I had a pretty exciting day! I caught up with Kam a few days after I’d fallen asleep before our date. We met up at the Nax, where I apologized profusely. He just looked at me, I think he was amused. “Havel. Honestly. I’m not going to get angry because you’re worn out from doing something I supported. I like the idea of having a girlfriend who can kick ass.” Kam said. “But I don’t wanna kick ass!” I whined. After that we kind of sat in silence until I decided it was time to go. I had to venture into town to get my wristponder upgraded. I ran into that odd Grenci guy, and he told me that there was a guy who owned a shop who fixed them cheap. As I headed towards the shop, I realized that the area was in a pretty rough part of town. I felt confident though, and kept going. I made my way to the shop and waited while the shopkeeper, who looked to be spliced with Dolphin genes, went to work on it. He gave me a pretty good deal, and I left. As I made my way home two men jumped out of an alley way and told me to hand over my wristponder. “Are you kidding?” I said. “I just had this thing fixed!” “Come on.” said one, “Give.” They were both pretty large guys, and the other one made for my wrist. I grabbed his arm and threw him hard onto the ground. Then I drove my right foot up under the other one’s chin. Then I ran home. Saved by self-defense. I guess it’s time to stop complaining about it now. |
