The Sidelines

The powers that be are taking this Stadium bombing very seriously. It’s a blatant display of terrorism, so they’re handling it this time, not with like that drug scare. This one is too dangerous. It’s hitting close to home after that stuff went down in Atlantia at the Orbis temple and the methane mines not to mention the Atlantia transport attack. We’ve got a gnorb at Tosadae too, and we have to remember that one day we could become a target as well.

So we the Detective students don’t have to deal with the bomb investigation. I’m relieved. Those things are a lot of work. If the higher-ups want to handle this themselves that is fine by me and then some. Thing is, Miro is connected again. I swear to UG that girl is a trouble magnet. I hope they go easy on her, and I hope she is seriously only a witness this time.

I was talking it over with Jason, and we agree that it’s probably a local threat, not connected to the Atlantia stuff. Hitting a Tosadae facility full of students seems more characteristic of some psychotic student, than a tactically planned terrorist attack. We’ve been told to keep track of the case, to observe from the sidelines. It’s totally cool with me. I could do without getting blown up.
