New developments in the drug case.

Miro got assaulted, and was feeling paranoid, so I walked her off to a date with that boy I always see around, Derf. He’s cool, just simple. I think he’s gonna be alright for her.

Nkiru told me she’d brought up the drugs topic with her team. I didn’t want her to, but it gave me and Jason something else to look into. She suggested that we check out the other Zero-G sports, Zoccair and Pelie for side-effects and overly consistent victories.

Then a big break-through went down – the technician who disappeared, the one who could’ve had access to the drug, turned up.

Murdered.

The Tosadae Detective Branch is one of the higher authorities on Mu, and was given special access to investigate this homicide. We were given access to all the information from the case.

It turns out his apartment was ransacked. Completely turned over. Any clues that could have been retrieved as to who did it was missing. They couldn’t even get archaic evidence like finger-prints. Not DNA traces nothing.

The one thing the Senior Detectives were able to retrieve were drugs. It became obvious that this technician was dealing the drugs. He got them onto campus, where he must have given them to dealers.

As a result, security was amped up at Tosadae. There was someone big, and bad out there, who would be difficult to catch, but we could nail the dealing scum at our end.

Jason and I were determined to bring them in.
