The first Case of the Tosadae Detective Branch

For our latest class at the Detective Branch. Mr. Graves aka my father got up and briefed me and my classmates.

“Recently,” he said, “a student at Tosadae exposed the use of a performance enhancing drug called splintron. It is manufactured by taking spliceosomal introns from splicer types with extreme dexterity and endurance. It enhances a person’s strength and speed.

The student was a member of a Crizettes team who attempted to get her to use the drug. At the official hearing, the team refused to give up where they had got it from. We have a dealer on campus, possibly even a supplier.

Your task is to find this person or persons. You’re going to partner up to check this out.”

I was partnered with a kid named Jason Grieg. He was taller than me, and a bit more well built. After the normal meet and greet, he said, “Right. Where should we start.”
“Let’s make a list of any possible suspects, based on access to chemistry supplies.” I replied. “Then we should find out which students have been leaving the leaving the campus frequently.” UG, I thought. I’m even starting to sound like a detective. If Tonio saw me now he wouldn’t even recognize me. “We should also track down the Crizettes team and see if they’re going to give up anything.” Jason said.
“Good idea,” I said. “Let’s move.”
