Seems like the Tosadae Security higher-ups were on the money. Messages written on paper have been showing up on campus. Nobody uses paper anymore, so they must be serious if they can get a hold of it, or manufacture it themselves. They’re pretty much untraceable, trust me, we’ve tried modern techniques like DNA scanning to older ones like fingerprinting. For all intents and purposes they’re clean. So students have been picking up these flyers saying:

ATTENTION TOSADAE!

We have lost faith in the Governing bodies. The attacks at Orbis and Vacary have shown us they can’t protect us. It is only a matter of time before the Black Guard rise in number and attack again.

We take responsibility for the Flight Tournament stadium attack. Our brother anarchist Mills Vanderback was operating under our direction. We released the Battle Forum Splicers.

We want nothing butto show your that your government is useless. We cannot be found, we have no name, we will not stop.

The messages have a large, jagged capital letter ‘A’ on the back of them. A symbol for anarchy. I don’t know how security is going to squash this one, but the longer they’re at large, the more of a point they’re making
