Topic: General Discussion / Book Signing Must say I can’t wait for book three as well. yeah I disappeared for awhile as well. Was working on a short story that is getting published and did this little thing called National Novel Writing Month in November where I wrote a 50,075 word story in 27 days. Doing some editing on another story at the moment but hoping to schedule some VQ writing time here soon. |

Topic: The Heroes / Elana Blue Originally posted by STRIKE: Haha same here. I havent had any RSS updates for awhile…college and work seem to drain the time away. I cant wait till Book 3 comes out next year…? I’m thinking there’s a twist that allows Elana to have children even though she is a clone. Response Posted by OPALMOX: I too am looking forward to book three. Oh… And I don’t recall that there is anything that says specifically that clones can’t procreate… I think it’s more of a legal issue than a functional one. Besides, with the geniuse of her father, I’m sure that Elana is more normal than clone in order to get around that. My thought on Elana is that though the mother part of her may be clone, with the genetics of her father being a normal human, that I’m sure that he used some of his own to create her, then there is a very real possibility that she could have children. The larger question is going to be the psychological impact it’s going to have on her, and how is Lazer going to react when he finds out. Of course I may cut and paste this to a more appropriate category to continue this discussion. ;) |

Topic: General Discussion / Book Signing Not gone, but missing in action. Unfortunately life has pulled me in directions that have precluded me from doing much writing, or spending as much time on the site as I would prefer. Hopefully life will slow down and I can get back into doing some of the things that I enjoy. |

Topic: General Discussion / Book Signing The site admin should have “Teacher’s” email on record on his/her account. They should be able to find the account under the display name teacher. Good luck. |

Topic: General Discussion / Book Signing Looking for Teacher’s creator. Any idea how to find her/him? I’m well into book three and would love to see where the Teacher charater is headed. Book three is expansive and the stories are weaving an interesting tapastry. I am so sorry this process takes such a long time. I can’t wait to show you where your characters are going this time. I’m proud of both them and you. Thanks again for such a brilliant foundation. Back to the boards. Stay in light! |

Topic: General Discussion / Book Signing Week ends are good, unless you’re working of course… ;) Wait… I’m working. :? Haven’t read anything by Terry in a while. One of my favorite North West Authors. But I’ve heard of multi-tasking… Great brain power to be studying and reading two books… Kudos to you. Good Luck on your mid-terms, and hope you enjoy The Odyssey. Please let us know what you think. |

Topic: General Discussion / Book Signing That would be me. :) I’m not sure what her touring schedule is, but I’m glad to hear that you got the book… I read mine in two days, and am getting ready to start re-reading it… Dunno if I’m going to start back with The Age Of Light first or if I’m going to just dive back into The Odyssey again… |

Topic: General Discussion / Book Signing Hey everyone… Just a quick note to let you know that I made it to the Book Signing at Book Soup, in Hollywood… Unfortunately I was late in arriving, so I missed being introduced by Deborah to everyone in attendance, although I did get to meet some of the people that were still hanging around afterwards. I have to say that it was an honor and a priveledge to finally meet Deborah in person. She’s everything that she appears to be on the boards and more. I highly recommend that if you have an opportunity to meet her at one of her book signings in an area near you, it’ll be well worth your time. I hope that everyone enjoys The Odyssey, I found it to be more captivating than The Age of Light. Stay in the Light Mox |

Topic: General Discussion / What is Mother Earth Telling Us? In early May, just prior to the Olympics, Eastern Sichuan, China was struck by a 7.9 Earthquake, where hundreds of people were killed, and many hundreds more were left homeless. The other day, two more earthquakes struck China, one in Tibet, and another that was centered some 50 miles away from the there. Throughout the World, earthquakes seem to be on the rise, and increasing in magnitude. As the economic disaster continues to unfurl, of which I believe that we have only seen the tip of the iceburg, and there is already talks about converting to more of a global economy, where under such a stasis, large corporations will play more and more of a role in government. I believe that we are rapidly approaching a point in our history where Deborah’s Vision that has become The Vision Quest, is not just a consideration, but a very real possibility. As the Earth continues to demonstrate her displeasure, the possibility of a Magnetice Pole Reversal, splicing is becoming a greater reality, computer technology has taken a turn that again is exploding exponentially, and the economy continues to corrode, just how far off are we from that reality? Time will tell, but it is up to people like you and I to prepare ourselves, read the signs, and be ready for what will eventually come. |

Topic: General Discussion / Exciting opportunity The Nanowrimo looks interesting… Loved the Elf jokes. Much like the storms that have been wracking Mother Earth, it seems that some of our lives are mirroring her turmoil, but I’m confident that the storms will pass and we’ll find calm seas and a beautiful night sky once again. |
